Feasibility Study & Analysis
In order to reach the right conclusions it is necessary that the reviewing Engineer understands the requirements. This involves looking at drawings and specifications along with any design guidance for the architectural design intent. Having reached a level of understanding the Engineer can analyse what is needed and sort out any contradictions in the formal tender documents. Then, the Engineer can begin to interpret the design intent, translating it into a viable first-pass design proposal for consideration by the Client team. Once the principle criteria are developed, the Client can instruct the engineer to work with the designers on practical solutions for all aspects of the project scope. |
